FESTIVAL DATES: August 15-16, 2020
FESTIVAL HOURS: Sat. 10-5, Sun., 11-5
Location: 1215 Piedmont Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309  – This is the 14th Street Gate Entrance.

CHECK IN/LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS

Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 

Sponsors and Partners may arrive anytime during these hours to check in and set up.  Please enter Piedmont Park from the 14th Street entry on Piedmont Ave.  Proceed forward to Check-In which is the RV at the gate.Please, only one individual in the RV at a time. Bring your Identification, your tag number for your automobile and if you have a trailer the tag number for your trailer also.

If you have TWO vehicles (ONLY ONE is PERMITTED in at a time). It is up to you to coordinate. You can not leave it at check-in and come back and get it.

Collect your booth sign and drive to your booth to unload and move your vehicle as quickly as possible.

Parking is outside the park in public parking (on the streets) or at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens (which is at the park) (address listed below)

Trailer parking:
We have a limited amount of inside the park trailer parking for anyone bringing a trailer – they will be able to park behind the tennis center.
When you arrive at check in – you must have your tag/plate number for your trailer and receive a tag to park inside the park.

Anyone without a tag – gets towed – this is City property.Trailer parking – must park on one side of the road – behind the tennis center when leaving the trailer. Please pull your trailers as close as possible to the next trailer, so we can get as many in as possible.

No set-up on Saturday morning. No one is permitted to drive in on Saturday/Sunday morning.

Note: You may have your own logo tent (with appropriate weights, etc.), and it is not required to be white.
