Note: NO TRAILERS OR LARGE VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED INTO THE PARK ON SATURDAY!
LOAD OUT & CLEAN UP:
Sunday 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Enter Piedmont Park from Piedmont Ave. at 14th Street. Enter the gates and proceed 100 ft. to the Check in booth. It will be clearly located on the left.
Stop, check in, pick up your packet and assignment, then follow the signs along the marked path to your booth to unload. After unloading, proceed to the Charles Allen exit to go to parking. (NOTE: NO VENDOR PARKING on 10th Street. NO PARKING/ENTRY on Park Drive.)
We will gladly provide you with off site locations for camping, RV parking or low cost hotel/motel accommodations.
Saturday, August 15 from 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m.
Please have your booth sign clearly posted. Awards will be distributed at 3:30 p.m., with photos for the press.
ARTIST BOOTHS AND SITE MAP
Artist booth assignments are sent by email to all participants in advance. They are also posted on the “Our Artists” page of this website.
A map is handed out at check in showing assigned spaces.
In the meantime, get acquainted with the site plan on the “Festival Map & Directions” page. Please note, the site map is NEW to accommodate a larger group of artists!
LOAD IN TO THE PARK
then follow signs around the park to the festival area to unload. After unloading,
all artists will exit at the Charles Allen Dr. gate on 10th Street and proceed to parking. There will be NO parking inside Piedmont Park.
